A group of graduates, well established in their careers, were talking at a reunion and decided to go visit their old university professor, now retired. In most cases it is just more expensive and in some cases even hides what we drink. What all of you really wanted was hot chocolate, not the cup; but you consciously went for the best cups... Now consider this: Life is the hot chocolate; your job, money and position in society are the cups. They are just tools to hold and contain life. The cup you have does not define, nor change the quality of life you have. Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup, we fail to enjoy the hot chocolate God has provided us. For those who didn't come on the 2nd of June, here is an update.

We finished the dance.
I mean, until the part we are doing.
However, we have to work on the MOVING around during intervals because it is SO messy!

We planned for the souvenir.
Juzan is getting donno wat stuff from art friend.
Kai Lin is getting stuff from popular.

We decided on ONE wish for EACH ma'am.
So we rewrote alot of them.
HEHEHEHEHE.

then we did SOME drills.
we touched on the opening the sqaud during ke kanan lurus.
I finally got the timing right.

We slacked and played truth or dare.
We ate.

Basically we had too much time.

It's unfair to Jasmine, Mei Qi, Azila and sometimes juzan whom i keep telling to pass the message.

Facing Rejection

Hey Zeus.

I just want to tell you all before hand that the wishes you write might get rejected.
What i mean is that we might change the whole idea of putting wishes.
the other possibility is that some of us might have to re-write our wishes because they are inappropriate.

some of us have come up with very good ideas.
Like Jasmine and Azila.
If you came up with other ideas, please do let me know.
But those are the two that I can really remember.
i think we should let each other have a chance in using our own ideas and contributing.
not just me doing all the ideas.
we will have a vote when we meet up.

I'm so sorry.
i know you all put in a lot of effort into the lovely messages and taking the time to think of them.
However, sometimes our proposals get rejected right.
We have to be able to deal with Rejection.
You can work so hard, but yet, the proposal get's rejected and you have to start all over again.
Let me tell you this thing that happened.
In the decor comm for prefects' investiture, we had a meet up on one of the tuesdays.
then we spend about 3 hours in the den painting and drawing this banner out.
it was so nice cos everyone actually helped.
however, it was rejected . the design, everything. we have to redo everything this june holidays.
the whole design. new cloth, new colours, everything.
it's really sad because the sec 1,2 and 3s actually bothered to come.
but we still have to get it done. so, we're gonna re-do it.

do not be discouraged by this 'wishes to ma'ams' thing because it's just a small thing.
later on each of us will encounter our own difficulties and let downs that are far worse than this.
tighter time.
higher priority.
more viewers.
more promises to be kept.
more work to be done.
all that will come one day.

Quick Post.
I need all your free dates for june holidays ASAP.
I was thinking we could meet at school bus stop then take bus(its 2 bus stops away) to my house to practice downstairs cos down stairs of my house got some space.

Also, lets arrange our own recess drills.
We need to practice.
Any day except for Friday is fine for me.
I'm not so scared of missing recess anymore.
YAY.
And, we can also have squad recess or whatever.

HAHA.
i feel so much happier now that my recesses are not so TAKEN UP.

I feel the relief.

So, i've been thinking bout the moves about the POP thingy-and ppl who dunno yet,we're doing a dance with a gay(no offence liz,) song- :) I think the moves are lame but cool at the same time.. Hi.I need suggestions on when to practice the dance for the p.o.p thing.the one we are using 'all for one' as or song.we SHOULD NOT use our morning drill time as it is also one of our highest priorities.Monday morning we are already doing drill.I can't fort tuesday and Wednesday morning as those mornings I have something I need to do and it's quote important to me.if u all want , u can practice without me and please teach the steps to those who didn't go for pop.I think that is the best solution we have now.Thursday we have morning drils as a squad sp wednesday is not possible. 2) Practice Marching.
Aim: to be able to march as a squad with good coordination. to be able to follow timing and change leg when told to do so.
Time: 7AM-7.20AM
